But service and price were very good. I ordered next day air shipping, and product shipped the day after I placed the order. One day to confirm my prescription and ship is not bad. Customer service could be a little better, especially on the website. A little improvement on the website, keeping order status up to date and telling the customer that the contacts are in stock would help.
I called with a question about an email, and the gentleman that answered was able to quickly verify that all needed information had been received.
I emailed to verify that items were in stock, and recieved an email within a couple of hours that they were in stock.
When I received notice of shipment via email, I went to the website and clicked on the check status/track order link and was never able to track the order. I received the order on time, but a change to the site here would be helpful.
