Order Cancellations Due To Prescription Issues

We strive to validate and ship every customer order as fast as we can! Unfortunately, sometimes your prescription cannot be verified with your eye care practitioner (ECP) because:

*Your ECP's office could not be reached using the contact information you provided,
*Your ECP has informed us that your prescription is not valid, or is substantially different from what you ordered, or
*Your ECP's office does not have your prescription on file.

When this happens, we send you a notice, informing you of the situation and asking for your instructions. If we do not hear from you afterwards, we are going to cancel your order and issue you a full refund. However, once you provide a valid prescription, we will be happy to help you reinstate or resubmit your order!
