How To Create an Account
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How To Edit Your Account Information
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
If You Need a Copy of Your Receipt/Invoice
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
Requesting or Resetting Your Password
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How To Find Your Account
  If you previously placed an order with us, we must have created an account for you which has your doctor's and prescription information. Usually, your email would your login name.  If you do not remember your login name or password, please email us at info@webeyestore.com, or call +1-888-898-LENS (5367). Please note that we cannot give passwords over the phone, but can arrange for it to be emailed to you. REMEMBER: If you are placing an order for another person, it would be best to create a new account with different login email address, to prevent the prescription mixup.
How To Reorder Lenses
  If you have previously placed an order with Web Eye Store, and we have your valid prescription on record, your order will be placed for shipment promptly. In order to copy your old order, you can log into My Account section of our website, or just email us a request at info@webeyestore.com or call us, and we will create a new order for you.
If You Received Wrong Product
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Getting Your Rebates And Discounts
  Usually, you qualify for a rebate or a discount if you order annual supply of contacts. Your Web Eye Store quantity discounts are applied automatically, and coupon codes can be entered at checkout. Your manufacturer mail-in rebate forms can be downloaded from the internet (for Vistakon and Ciba Vision products) or will be mailed to you with your order (for Bausch & Lomb products). Please note that your prescription must be recent in order to qualify for the rebate, and you can only use the rebate once per prescription period. Please be sure to review other rebate rules at each manufacturer's website.
